Hi, I’m Shalini.

I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with over five years of experience supporting hiring and employer branding initiatives, backed by an MBA and SHRM-CP certification.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with teams across a range of different roles and functions. And no matter the company size, kept seeing the same challenges come up: unclear roles, overwhelming resumes, inconsistent interviews, and hiring decisions that felt rushed or uncertain.

That’s why I launched this consulting practice. I help business leaders bring clarity and structure to their hiring processes, so they can make confident, informed decisions — without wasting time or relying on guesswork.
